Xembedded LLC, a XycomVME Company, has announced the XCPC-9200 CompactPCI Dual Carrier module. Our new CompactPCI Dual PMC Carrier module provides 25 Watts of power to each PMC site. The XCPC-9200 is well suited for 10Gigabit Ethernet, PMC I/O or FPGA PMC modules requiring more than the standard 12 Watts of power supply outlined in the IEEE- P1386.2001 specification.

Xembedded LLC a XycomVME company has announced the XSRV Extended Temperature Rugged Server. The XSRV is designed for 24x7 high performance computing in harsh, rugged, mobile or military environments. The XSRV functions in environments where "commercial class" servers would not! The environmental operating window for the XSRV is -25C to +70C, shock spec of 30G at 11MS and 10-500Hz at 2.5G for vibration.

CompactPCI PrPMC Carrier

Xembedded, Inc. a XycomVME, Inc. Company has announced the XCPC-9100 CompactPCI carrier board. TheXCPC-9100 is a full hot swap capable mezzanine carrier board that can hold up to 2 PMC Processor (PrPMC) modules with front or rear-panel I/O support in single 6U CompactPCI slot. The two PrPMC sites are configured as one Monarch and one Non-Monarch. The XCPC-9100 also includes on-board IPMI controller for reporting system and module health. The two PrPMC sites support bus mastering and 3.3V or 5V signaling.
XPMC-6710 PowerPC PMC Processor
The XPMC-6710 is a PrPMC (Processor PCI Mezzanine Card) with a high-performance 1.4GHz PowerPC® 7448 processor, 2GB of DDR2 memory, two gigabit Ethernet ports, and two RS-232 ports. The single-width XPMC-6710 offers advantages over other solutions, providing the ability to update the CPU with ease while maintaining the rest of the subsystem I/O.
The XVME-6200 VMEbus Processor Board
The XVME-6200 VMEbus processor board is the newest in the expanding product offerings from Xembedded. The XVME-6200 can be used in applications requiring all cabling out the rear of the chassis with the XVME-990 rear transition module, this includes video, keyboard, mouse, Ethernet and serial ports. For "head-less applications requiring no display, keyboard or mouse, the XVME-690 offers console mode operation using Com port one, this includes the ability to setup BIOS. The board is available in both standard and extended temperature ranges.
Company Has Announced
A Name Change To Xembedded
XycomVME, Inc. Company has announced a name change to Xembedded. The name change is a result of expanding our product lines into market areas other than VMEbus products. Over the next few weeks Xembedded will introduce new items to our product lines in the CompactPCI and PMC product markets. These products share the rich history and industry knowledge which built our VMEbus product line. Our expanded product lines will be backed by the same high-level applications and software support.
XycomVME Achieves ISO 9001:2000
XycomVME, Inc. today announced that the Perry Johnson Registrars has issued a certificate of compliance to the ISO 9001:2000 standard with design and manufacturing certification. XycomVME was created when the VMEbus business unit of Xycom Automation was sold to the 3SixtyGroup of companies in May of 2004. This business unit, while part of Xycom Automation, had operated under the ISO 9001:2000 certification. The resulting XycomVME, company is completely focused on the VMEbus and Embedded markets and is continuing the growth of their product lines.
The New XycomVME Group
The VME group that was part of Xycom Automation is now a new company owned by Monroe PMP of Auburn Hills, Michigan. This new organization, focused on VME and Embedded Computer Products retains the XycomVME brand, its very broad customer base, and key employee staff.
