Overview
The XVME-977 Hard Drive/Floppy Drive module provides an easy way to integrate both hard and floppy disk drives into a VMEbus system, while occupying only one double-high (6U) VMEbus slot.

- 20 Gbyte* 2.5" IDE hard drive
- PC-compatible 1.44 Mbyte 3.5" floppy drive
- Occupies only one VMEbus slot
- Automatic retry on errors
- Transparent defect mapping reassigns defective sectors discovered in the field without reformatting.
