Overview
The XVME-400/401/490/491 are four-channel serial communication modules. The XVME-400/401 are single-high (3U) VMEbus modules with front-panel I/O. The XVME-490/491 are double-high (6U) VMEbus modules with the I/O routed to the VMEbus P2 connector.

- Four serial ports, RS-232C on the XVME-400/490 and RS-422A/RS-485 on the XVME-401/491
